A reproduction print of the Arctia, or Garden Tiger Moth and Mexican Tiger Moth, Leucarctia, or Salt Marsh Moth, and Euchaetes, or Elegant Tussock Moth, from the "Report upon United States Geographical Surveys, West of the 100th Meridian" by George M. Wheeler. The US Army Corps of Engineers surveyed over 361,000 square miles from 1869 to 1879 in pursuit of creating a detailed topographic map of the West.
